What We Offer
Trinity will provide Corps of Engineers Contractors the following construction services:
1. Resident Management System (RMS 3.0 CM) software training for Contractors, via MS Teams ($300/student).
2. Provide Corps CQM Overview.
3. Provide Construction Management of Construction contracts.
4. Provide Quality Control Inspection of USACE Construction contracts.
5. RMS 3.0 data entry for Construction Contractors from construction award to Closeout.
With an understanding of the RMS 3.0 CM training and the Corps of Engineers' CQM overview of their philosophy of a quality product, the Contractor will be more successful in completing Corps of Engineers contracts.
Later, we will provide QC Managers to Contractors and scheduling and cost-estimating services.
Why Choose Our Company?
We have 20 years of teaching CQM and RMS training with the US Army Corps of Engineers, Tulsa District, and the Air Force.
All RMS 3.0 training will be held via MS Teams, minimizing Contractors' overall training costs.
During the training, the student will be given an overview of the Corps of Engineers CQM system, including where, when, and how data is entered into the RMS 3.0 CM program, and how the program interfaces with the Government program (RMS 3.0 GM). This program is a valuable tool for the Contractors to achieve a quality product. Our team will also provide:
- Construction management of the client's construction contracts.
- QC or QA inspection of Military or Civil Works (Design-Build, or Design-Build-Build) contracts.
We will work with Contractors to get them started on the Project, including data entry into RMS 3.0 CM and interfacing with the Government RMS 3.0 GM, and will assist during construction on an as-needed basis.
